“THE HARVEST IS PLENTIFUL BUT THE LABOURERS ARE FEW — MATTHEW 9:37”

Terms of Service

Walking together, with care.

A few simple commitments — ours to you, and yours to the family — so this remains a safe place to share the journey.

Section 01

Welcome & acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plentiful platform at www.plentiful.co.za (the “Platform”), operated by Plentiful, South Africa (“we”, “us”).

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Section 02

Who may join

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. New partner accounts are reviewed by the Plentiful family and may be approved, paused, or declined at our discretion.

Section 03

Partner accounts & levels

  • Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password private — you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Let us know straight away if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.
  • Partnership levels (Friend, Prayer, and Faith Partner) can be chosen at signup. Journey Partner is by invitation only and is assigned by the Plentiful family.
  • Content you can see depends on your level. Please do not share restricted updates, photos, or prayer points outside the Platform — some may put people in the field at risk.

Section 04

Acceptable use

So that this remains a safe, gracious space, you agree not to:

  • Post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit.
  • Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your connection to anyone.
  • Share the names, locations, or photos of people in the field without permission.
  • Try to access accounts, data, or areas of the Platform you're not authorised to use.
  • Upload malware, scrape the Platform, or interfere with its security or operation.
  • Use the Platform for commercial advertising or solicitation.

Section 05

What you share

You keep ownership of the prayer requests, testimonies, blessings (including audio), and other content you share (“Your Content”).

You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and use Your Content to run the Platform and to pray for and encourage you. We will only share testimonies or blessings more widely with your permission. You can ask us to remove Your Content at any time.

We may remove content that breaks these Terms or that we believe could cause harm.

Section 06

Voluntary gifts

Partnering financially is always a free-will gift, never a requirement. Gifts are made directly by bank transfer using details we share on request; the Platform does not process payments.

  • Gifts are voluntary and non-refundable, except where we made an error or the law requires otherwise.
  • Gifts are not payment for goods or services, and do not create any contractual entitlement.
  • We use gifts for the mission as we believe best. Where you express a preference for a specific project, we will honour it as far as we are able.
  • Unless we state otherwise in writing, gifts may not be tax-deductible in your country. Please seek your own advice.

Section 07

Our content

Field updates, photos, videos, writing, the Plentiful name, and the Platform’s design belong to Plentiful or those who have given us permission to use them. You may view them for your personal use as a partner. Please ask before copying, republishing, or distributing them.

Section 08

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Platform available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Field updates reflect our understanding at the time of writing and may change.

Section 09

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plentiful and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to R1,000 (one thousand South African rand). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

Section 10

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Plentiful against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

Section 11

Closing an account

You may close your account at any time from your settings or by writing to us. We may pause or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts others at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as Your Content licence for material already shared, gifts, disclaimers, and liability) will survive.

Section 12

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts of [INSERT_PROVINCE — e.g. Gauteng], South Africa, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. We’d always prefer to talk things through first — please reach out.

Section 13

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the date above and let you know of meaningful changes. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept the new Terms.

Section 14
